The M&A Museum was officially opened in the financial Ghetto of Putuo District, Shanghai on November 4, 2015. It is dedicated to inscribing the history, current situation and important mileage of China's M&A industry, recording important events, important people and important ideas, and creating a professional cultural landmark for M&A forums, training, roadshows and exchanges. Over the years of operation, nearly a hundred forums, exhibitions, training, and brand events have been held, and a total of over 300000 domestic and foreign guests have been received. The unveiling ceremony of the first "China Financial Bull" in China was also held on January 16, 2016 at the museum. The M&A Trader Training Center (Shanghai) has also been officially established at the M&A Museum. At the same time, the "Merger and Acquisition Bell" standing and ringing ceremony jointly organized by the All Union Merger and Acquisition Association and the Merger and Acquisition Museum was held inside the museum. The M&A Bell is the only public celebration facility in the global M&A industry, regularly ringing the bell for institutions and individuals who have achieved significant M&A achievements both domestically and internationally. The museum invited well-known enterprises such as Fosun Group and Beikong Group to hold their first bell ringing ceremony at the acquisition of Bell Square.

The exhibition in the M&A Museum focuses on "the context of M&A", "M&A transactions", "M&A changes society", "the future of China's M&A" and other contents. The museum uses sound, light, electricity, film, material and other means to objectively display the changes in industrial restructuring, M&A technology and Financial innovation, so that visitors can experience the impact of finance on life and understand the subversive force brought by M&A. In addition to the regular exhibitions, the museum also launched featured theme exhibitions such as the National Tour Exhibition "Never Forget the Original Intent - Jinggang Mountains Revolutionary Finance Exhibition", "Social Fund Raising Events - Risk and Rule of Law", and "Money Comes" Art Works Exhibition to build a bridge between finance and art. Due to a change in the venue, it is currently only operating online.

The M&A Museum has planned and held four "M&A Master Lectures", inviting China's top ten M&A figures and industry leaders who have won domestic and foreign M&A awards to give speeches and share their experiences. Dozens of mainstream media outlets such as Oriental TV, Xinhua, NetEase, Sohu, Phoenix, and China Finance and Economics have extensively reported on this event, with a huge social response.

On June 28, 2018, the "Never Forget the Original Intent • Jinggang Mountains Revolutionary Finance Shanghai Tour" was held in the M&A Museum.
In 2018, the M&A Museum held public welfare courses such as "Youth Financial Intelligence Training Camp" and "Learning Finance in the Museum".
Since September 2018, the financial intelligence course of "pocket money and risk management" of the M&A Museum has been introduced into schools such as Shangyang Foreign Language School of Shanghai International Studies University, Wanlicheng Experimental School and Zichang School.
In 2018, the theme tour of "Social Fund Raising and Financial Security" went to Putuo District Government, Zhenru Sub center, Changshou Subdistrict, Wanli Street and other streets for exhibition and publicity.
