The Industrial Finance Museum (now renamed as the "Northeast Finance Museum") opened on April 23, 2016, with a display area of 3800 square meters. The original site is located in List of streets named after Sun Yat-sen, Heping District, Shenyang City. The museum showcases the future prospects of industrial finance through the historical evolution of the Northeast economy, modern Northeast finance, and industrial internet. As a financial and cultural landmark in Shenyang, the Industrial Finance Museum will continue to uphold the purpose of "discovering history, positioning the present, and participating in the future", and create a better financial cross-border platform

The museum showcases the historical evolution of the Northeast economy, the deep integration of modern Northeast finance and industrial industry, as well as the historical background, current development status, and future prospects of the Northeast region. It is a public welfare museum open to visitors for free. Since its establishment, the Industrial Finance Museum has received strong support and recognition from financial regulatory units and financial industry institutions at all levels. At the same time, it has become an ideal platform for government departments, corporate units, social organizations and other institutions to carry out party building and youth league building, and has received praise from visitors from all walks of life. To help finance fight the epidemic and open a new chapter, the "Industrial Finance Museum" has officially been renamed as the "Northeast Finance Museum", and on the same day, an online museum was launched, inviting everyone to "Cloud Watch Exhibition". Due to a change in the venue, it is currently only operating online.
